 In the annual "Best New Design" competition, Balta has defined the winner in the nomination "Most Secure Home". A total of 55 buildings were nominated, and in evaluating the most secure one, experts looked at the safety of the building and its residents.
Balta experts declared the most secure home to be the new apartment building at Kalpaka Street 13 in Sigulda (Developer: SIA Forburga). Owners of the flats in the "Most Secure Home" are given a 15% discount on a proper set of property insurance by Balta (complex insurance of the building, property and civil liability). The competition is organised by BIC Jaunie Projekti. |
